Terms of use
Last updated: April 16, 2026. By using ProPuz (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
The Service
ProPuz offers free online puzzles for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we expressly permit otherwise in writing. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, harassment, attempting to break security, excessive automated scraping that degrades the site, introducing malware, or interfering with other users’ access. We may suspend or block access that violates these rules or threatens stability.
Accounts
Public puzzles today do not require an account. If we add optional accounts later, additional terms may apply.
Intellectual property
The ProPuz name, branding, site design, software, and original puzzle content generated or curated for the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except as allowed by law (for example fair use) or for reasonable personal printing of puzzles offered by the Service.
Third-party content
The Service may reference or load third-party libraries or fonts. Those remain subject to their respective licenses and policies.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Puzzle difficulty and suitability are subjective; we do not guarantee educational outcomes or health benefits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProPuz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProPuz from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms, where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in an appropriate jurisdiction may hear disputes; if you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country may still apply.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted elsewhere on the site when practical.
